Wall mounted unit producing ozone directly in water by electro-catalytic dissociation so there is no need of compressors, venturies, air dryers and /or Oxygen concentrators. It incorporates special power supply unit Ozone chamber, sediment filter, activated carbon filter.

This unit is good for hard water and other type of water containing heavy metals Iron, Manganese, lead, Copper, Arsenic, …but with low COD.

Apart from standard industrial and light commercial applications our systems have a wide application in developing countries or remote/rural areas of developed countries:

Aquaculture: Advanced Oxidation Process

Advanced Oxidation equipment

Recirculation aquaculture system (RAS) is a way of cultivating fish in indoor tanks in a "controlled" environment. Recirculation systems filter and clean the water for recycling back through fish culture tanks. Fresh water is added to the tanks only to make up for splash out and evaporation and for that used to flush out waste materials.

Fish grown in RAS must be supplied with all the conditions necessary to remain healthy and grow. They need a continuous supply of clean water at a temperature and dissolved oxygen content that is optimum for growth. Our filtering technology using AOP (advanced oxidation process) will provide good quality water by removing or detoxifying harmful waste products and uneaten feed. The fish must be fed a nutritionally-complete feed on a daily basis to encourage fast growth and high survival



Waste Water Treatment: Advanced Oxidation Process

We are able to supply AOP (Advanced Oxidation Process) which uses ozone in the presence of electro-catalysts to break down organics into biodegradable compounds.

Advanced Oxidation Process

Major features of our system consist of:

  1. Compact design: the dimensional size is at least as compact as biologic sewage treatment plants.
  2. Simple Operation: functionally simple, based on practical experience. No extra skill is required to operate the system.
  3. Treatment efficiency: sewage is treated rapidly to be compared with biological sewage treatment plants. Organics are oxidized without offensive odour and toxic gas.
Economic system: because of compact construction, installation cost is saved. This plant does not require any additional cost only operational monitor.
