A collection of conceptual ideas for new door designs that not only provide a passage between rooms but also subtly entertain.

The BubbleDoor design uses laminar airflow to constrain the bubbles within the door aperture. The burst bubbles are evaporated by a heated plate at the bottom of the door. The bubble mixture is easily topped up using a flip down side panel within the frame.
